Come try our new Smorgasbord Platter!
We’ve added a Smorgasbord platter for our guests who want a little more to dig into. The featured items will change on a bi-weekly basis to keep your adventurous side appeased.
Currently, we’re featuring a meal, complete with appetizer, salad, meal & dessert:
- Choice of Meatballs or soup
- Scandi Sausage and Red cabbage
- Arugula and Cashew Pesto Salad
- Roasted Beets and Carrots
- Roast Beef topped with Dill sauce
- Pear Puff Pastry Dessert
Platters are $20 per person.

Chef Jay Gust, President of Ascent Restaurant Group (TAPAteria/Pizzeria Rustica & Smorbrod) alongside Dylan Montanio, executive chef at Smorbrod, joins A Grazing Life - Colorado Farm Dinners on Friday, September 6, at Frost Livestock in Fountain, Colorado. This brilliant duo will lay down a Nordic feast with with local beer from Pikes Peak Brewing, craft cocktails courtesy of Smorbrod's own, Mara Pinell, and killer live music from WireWood Station.
A Night on the ranch is more than just your average farm-to-table dinner. Learn about sustainable ranching and agriculture in the Pikes Peak region, meet the farmers themselves and experience first hand the quality and intentionality behind our local food and beverage industries.
We are so looking forward to incorporating some Scandinavian flair with some of Colorado's best local ingredients, delicious brewskis and boot stomping' jams to crete an evening that you won't soon forget!
