Chef Jay Gust, President of Ascent Restaurant Group (TAPAteria/Pizzeria Rustica & Smorbrod) alongside Derek Place, joins A Grazing Life – Colorado Farm Dinners on Friday, September 6, at Frost Livestock in Fountain, Colorado. This brilliant duo will lay down a Nordic feast with with local beer from Pikes Peak Brewing, craft cocktails courtesy of Smorbrod, and killer live music from WireWood Station.
